The local small-batch spirit crafters have taken the field from on the rocks to straight up.
It has only been 10 years since Washington State has allowed licenses for entrepreneurs to open up there own small batch craft distilleries. Within the short period of time we have been lucky enough to have a few craft spirit distilleries open up right here in the Mid-Columbia which has made it easier than ever to drink local.
