What better way than to shake off the day and kick up your feet than ……. HAPPY HOUR!!
Picking the perfect spot can be a bit tricky; it must be a bar, tavern, lounge, saloon or a watering hole. Where ever the place may be there are certain criteria that need to be met. First off the bartenders must be approachable and friendly. Second, the bartender must be able to make a great drink, one that doesn’t overwhelm the palate but entrances it. Third, your destination of choice should allow for great conversation both intimate & joyous. And, finally, happy hour should remind us that whatever happened through out the day or whatever happens later for these few hours all is well and well shaken! In the words of Joseph Spence, “There’s always sunshine in a pub.” Just be sure to pick the right pub.
